JINYA Ramen Bar has revived its popular Tokyo Tonkotsu ramen at all locations through February 29, alongside a brand-new cocktail menu featuring Japanese whiskies, low-ABV Shochu cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages. The Tokyo Tonkotsu is made with pork broth, pork chashu, green onion, kikurage, onion, seasoned egg and thin ramen noodles. New cocktails include Yatagarasu, a charcoal-activated cocktail with Toki whisky, fresh-squeezed lemon juice and simple syrup; and Komerabi Sour, with Toki whisky, fresh lemon juice and berries.


Authentic ramen and a great investment can be hard to find.
