Our bowl of ramen is served with the Tare sauce at the bottom.
Then we pour a piping hot soup broth on top.
A texture perfect noodle gets added to the mix and swirled together to entangle with the soup.
The toppings comes next.
Chopped green onions, wood ear mushrooms, a slice of Chashu pork, a seasoned boiled egg, and a special blend of black garlic oil that brings out the bowl’s depth of flavor. Then a garnish of crispy garlic chips and a bit of spicy miso next to it, and lastly the savory toasted Nori seaweed. This completes our bowl above all others!

Imagine a world where eating ramen is an everyday ritual, like ordering pizza or going out for a great burger. This is the daily reality that Jinya Ramen Bar founder Tomonori Takahashi came from when he arrived in the United States in 2010. But when he searched for his favorite Japanese food, he quickly realized that enjoying the traditional taste and flavor of ramen wasn't possible unless he made it himself.
