JINYA Ramen Bar first opened its doors in Downtown, Vancouver in 2012, pioneering the ramen revolution, and quickly became one of the most reputable restaurants in the city. Its rich broth, traditional cooking methods and efficient service garnered many loyal guests. It’s relocation to Telus Garden marked the evolution of the restaurant as there was strong demand to cater to a larger demographic. JINYA expanded its food offerings and now serves a full bar, which includes Japanese sake and whisky, and handcrafted cocktails. The bar also proudly serves selected craft beers from the city’s finest and upcoming breweries. The space mixes industrial and artistic design with floor to ceiling glass, bricks and upside-down garden. Its service standards have also evolved paying special attention to guests needs and satisfaction.
